Mobility Programs
For European partners: Swiss Programme for Eramus +
In the framework of the Swiss-European Mobility Programme, incoming students from European partner institutions of HEP Vaud can benefit from a programme similar to Erasmus+. It offers scholarships funded by Switzerland to incoming European students who come to study one semester at the HEP Vaud. More information here.
For European partners: Staff Mobility for Teaching Assignments
The Swiss-European Mobility Program supports incoming staff mobility for teaching appointments with an allowance for travel (up to 600 CHF) and living expenses (170 CHF per day).Teaching staff can apply for a grant to cover part of their travel and living expenses in connection with a teaching assignment at the HEP Vaud. The teaching assignment must include at least 8 hours of instruction and last for a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 10 days per semester.
For European partners: Staff Mobility for Training
The Swiss-European Mobility Program also enables European university employees to pursue further training at the HEP Vaud with the aim of promoting dialogue between Swiss and European institutions. Types of training include: job-shadowing, doing short-term work placement, or attending workshops. The program awards employees at European partner universities (incoming) an allowance for travel (up to 500 CHF) and living expenses (170 CHF per day). This offer also applies to administrative and technical staff. A stay lasts between a minimum of two and a maximum of five days.
